Westshine Steam Clean provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Perth, WA, including carpet steam cleaning, upholstery cleaning, mattress cleaning, and rug cleaning. All services are subject to availability.
3. Bookings & Scheduling
- Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or call from us.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified as early as possible.
- Please ensure the property is accessible at the agreed time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Pricing
Prices shown on our website are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition and size of items to be cleaned. Any variation will be discussed before work commences.
5. Payment
- Payment is due on the day of service unless a deposit has been paid at booking.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments.
- Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Clear the area of small items, fragile objects, and valuables prior to our arrival.
- Inform us of any pre-existing stains, damage, or fragile areas.
- Ensure pets are secured during the cleaning.
7. Liability
We take great care in delivering our services. However, Westshine Steam Clean is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to carpets, upholstery, or other items
- Stains or marks that cannot be removed despite professional treatment
- Items not disclosed or removed by the customer prior to cleaning
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
